The Mass Making Ingredients
With the recent advent of Kanga Milk, we couldn’t help but get our hands on a tub – fast. That said, upon receiving our bucket of gains, it was clear to us that it had (as expected) truly gone the distance. We noticed this shortly after checking out and testing the high-quality gainer for ourselves. A few factors that jumped out at us right off the bat were its carbohydrate and protein blends. Let’s take a closer look below.
Complete Protein Blend – 52g
Kanga Milk continues to impress by keeping things simple and to the point. You’ll find four different forms of protein, which are Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Concentrate, and Micellar Casein. This mix of slow digesting and fast acting proteins is designed to help ensure your body has what it needs to effectively make gains. Additionally, each serving (2 scoops) contains 52g of protein.
Healthy Fats Complex – 9g
You’ll also find Kanga Milk has a bunch of healthy fats, such as Coconut Oil Powder, Coconut Milk Powder, MCT (medium chain triglyceride) Oil Powder, and Organic Flax Seed Powder. See, proper dietary fat intake is essential for a myriad of reasons. For starters, it’s necessary for both optimal brain function and hormone balance. Furthermore, fats give your body energy and support muscle growth.
Complex Carbs Complex – 140g
Each serving of Kanga Milk’s 140g of carbohydrates is derived from 5 high-quality sources, which include Maltodextrin, Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (or HBCD), Sweet Potato Powder, Brown Rice Bran Powder and Oat Bran Fiber. This large variety of specific complex carbohydrates is designed to help promote muscle protein synthesis, improve recovery time, ensure muscle growth, and provide vital energy for the body.
Muscle Building Complex
Moreover, we found Kanga Milk also contains a trio of supportive ingredients known as the ‘Muscle Building Complex’. This blend is made up of Creatine Monohydrate, BCAAs and L-Glutamine. It’s helpful for a number of reasons, although, its Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most cost-effective dietary supplements in terms of strength and muscle gains. The BCAAs and L-Glutamine also help hasten recovery time.
Supportive Digestive Enzymes
It’s no secret weight gainers typically cause indigestion due to the sudden and intense intake of nutrients. Kanga Milk tackles this problem head-on by including a simple blend of the 5 digestive enzymes Protease, Bromelain, Lipase, Lactase, and Papain. They work alongside your body to help ease any sort of digestive strain, break down the ingredients and convert them into the building blocks of lean muscle mass.
How Should I Take Kanga Milk?
Short answer: Whenever you like, really. We noticed serious results when we took Kanga Milk in-between post workout meals. You can even take it before bed, too. Although, if you decide to take it before sleep, we suggest halving the dosage. In terms of how to take it, we’ll be referencing the official instructions. Simply add one full serving to 16oz of water or milk. We suggest using milk for more calories.
Is Kanga Milk Safe To Take?
For the large majority of people, perfectly. In fact, it’s generally far more beneficial to take Kanga Milk over your average gainer due to its high-quality ingredients and effective dosages. Going further, it should be noted that it does contain a very small amount artificial flavoring. This notice mainly applies to those who try to strictly avoid such types of ingredients.
Pros
• Gentle ingredient digestability
• Optimal protein & carb blends
• Tastes and mixes quite well
• No unnecessary sugars or fats
• Strong overall worth
Cons
• Contains an artificial flavor
Where Can I Get It?
Kanga Milk is available for purchase online directly through the Staunch Nation website. It’s currently offered in just one size, 12 servings, and is also available in 2 timelessly classic flavors: Chocolate and Vanilla. Each two-scoop serving represents upwards of 230g of ingredients and will run you about $49 per tub. Although, if you decide to order more than one tub, the total price becomes discounted.
How Does It Taste?
Honestly, very well. Staunch Nation did a wonderful job flavoring Kanga Milk despite only using one artificial sweetener. At first, both flavors were smooth, but as we continued drinking, the texture changed from smooth to rich and creamy. This was a big plus because it never ‘stuck’ like many mass gainers do today. All things considered, taking it was an enjoyable experience that left us wanting more.
How Well Does It Mix?
Just as great as it did taste. We found it mixed equally as well in water as it did in milk. We combined on serving of Kanga Milk with roughly 16oz of liquid each time and simply shook in our blender bottles until fully dissolved. It only took us about 3 minutes to fully blend it, or until there aren’t any dots of powder left.
The Bottom Line
In the end, athletes and hardgainers who struggle to put on muscle mass will love Kanga Milk. It’s an excellent option that contains a full-spectrum blend of effectively dosed ingredients at a wonderful price point. Furthermore, Kanga Milk is gentle on the stomach, making it a great weight gaining solution for people with sensitive stomachs. We tried it for 3 weeks and can safely say Kanga Milk will stay in our stack.
